Use of Tourasco services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Tourasco Escapes LLC operates as:
An international travel product curator and distribution platform.
Tourasco Escapes operates globally through:
• Direct customers
• Travel agents
• Corporate partners
• Distribution partners
• White-label platforms
Tourasco Escapes acts solely as:
• Commercial intermediary
• Travel designer
• Distribution platform
Tourasco Escapes is not the principal service provider unless explicitly stated.
All services are delivered by independent suppliers.
In case of conflict:
Priority order applies:
• Signed contracts
• Service agreements
• Booking confirmation
• Supplier terms
• These Terms & Conditions
Services may include:
• Accommodation
• Flights
• Transfers
• Tours
• Packages
• Curated holidays
• Concierge services
• Corporate travel
• Visa assistance
Tourasco Escapes may subcontract services.
Tourasco Escapes uses:
• Dynamic supplier feeds
• Live inventory systems
• Currency-based pricing
Prices may change before confirmation.
Tourasco Escapes reserves the right to correct:
• Pricing errors
• System errors
• Currency miscalculations
Confirmed bookings are binding only after payment validation.
Tourasco curated holidays represent:
• Professional recommendations
• Experience design
• Supplier selection
Tourasco does not guarantee:
• Personal taste satisfaction
• Hotel atmosphere
• Weather conditions
• Cultural expectations
Curated services are advisory in nature.
Hotels & Apartments
Responsible for:
• Room availability
• Service standards
• Safety compliance
Airlines
Responsible for:
• Schedules
• Baggage
• Delays
• Cancellations
DMCs
Responsible for:
• Transfers
• Tours
• Local operations
Tourasco Escapes
Responsible only for:
• Booking processing
• Payment transfer
• Coordination support
Tourasco shall not be liable for operational failures.
Tourasco Escapes shall not be liable for supplier insolvency including:
• Hotel closures
• Airline bankruptcy
• DMC liquidation
Yet Tourasco Escapes LLC shall offer the insurance against supplier insolvency at Extra charges to protect its partners and travelers
Refunds depend on supplier recovery.
Tourasco may assist but is not financially responsible.
Tourasco may require:
• Deposits
• Partial payments
• Full payments
Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
Tourasco may cancel unpaid bookings without liability.
Customers and agents agree:
Chargebacks are prohibited without prior written dispute submission.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
• Debt recovery action
• Legal action
• Interest charges
• Collection fees
Prices depend on:
• Exchange rates
• Banking charges
• Payment gateways
Tourasco may adjust pricing if exchange rates fluctuate more than 2% before confirmation.
Clients and agents agree not to:
• Contact suppliers directly
• Contract with Tourasco suppliers
• Bypass Tourasco
Duration:
36 months after last transaction
Penalty:
Three times estimated revenue loss
Tourasco may provide white-label platforms.
White-label partners agree:
• Tourasco remains supplier
• Technology ownership remains Tourasco
• Data ownership remains Tourasco
White-label clients may not:
• Copy platform
• Replicate systems
• Reverse engineer services
API access is licensed, not sold.
API users may not:
• Extract inventory
• Cache rates
• Redistribute content
• Build competing platforms
Tourasco may suspend API access at any time.
All intellectual property including:
• Booking systems
• Pricing models
• Supplier connections
• Product content
belongs exclusively to Tourasco Escapes.
Unauthorized use prohibited.
Confidential information includes:
• Contracted rates
• Supplier agreements
• Commercial terms
• Commission structures
Disclosure prohibited.
Violation may result in damages.
Approved agents may receive credit facilities.
Tourasco may:
• Reduce limits
• Require guarantees
• Suspend credit
Late payment penalties:
2% per month
Tourasco may cancel bookings where:
• Multiple FIT bookings form a group
• Inventory blocking detected
Group threshold:
8 rooms or more
Travel insurance recommended.
Tourasco not liable for uninsured losses.
Maximum liability:
Total booking value paid.
Excluded damages:
• Loss of profit
• Loss of business
• Emotional distress
• Indirect damages
Includes:
• Pandemics
• Government bans
• War
• Weather
• Airline shutdowns
Tourasco not liable.
Disputes shall be resolved by:
International Arbitration

Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC)
Language:
English
Arbitration decision final and binding.
Primary jurisdiction:
United Arab Emirates
Secondary enforceability:
United States of America
This ensures enforceability for:
• International partners
• Investors
• Banks
Users must comply with:
• International sanctions
• Anti-money laundering laws
• Anti-terrorism regulations
Tourasco may refuse bookings violating regulations.
Tourasco may suspend:
• Accounts
• Bookings
• Access
without notice where risk exists.
These Terms represent the entire agreement unless superseded by written contract.
